Twenty-four families received their keys, their deeds and their utility connections on the same morning — registration completed before the ceremony, not after it.
Edge Emerald was handed over to its owners this week, closing a project that sold out before the roof was cast.
Registered before the keys
Every one of the twenty-four apartments was registered and mutated, and the gas, water and electricity connections transferred into the owner's own name, before the handover ceremony began. Each family left with the approved plan, the as-built layouts and the warranty file for the lifts, generator and pumps.
