Can I book an apartment without coming to Dhaka?
Yes. We send the sanctioned plan, the written specification and a video walkthrough of your actual floor, and the booking and agreement can be completed by courier and by your nominated representative under a power of attorney.
How do I know the building is really progressing?
Every month you receive dated site photographs, a short video walkthrough and a written progress note on your own floor. Instalments fall due against verified milestones, so you are never paying ahead of the work.
Who represents me if I cannot travel?
You nominate a representative in Bangladesh, or rely on our reporting and scheduled video inspections. Either way a named project manager stays accountable to you directly.
Can you handle registration and utilities for me?
Yes. Registration, mutation, and the gas, water and electricity connections are completed in your name as part of handover, and the full document set is sent to you digitally and in print.
