Edge Emerald sits on a corner plot in Block C of Bashundhara Residential Area, two minutes from the main road and inside the school catchment most families move here for. Twenty-four apartments across twelve floors, two to a landing, so no unit shares more than one wall.
Every apartment is a corner unit in effect: each has windows on two sides and a through-draught from the living room to the rear balcony. The building was handed over in full in 2023 and is now occupied by its owners.
A corner plot with a mosque directly behind meant the rear setback could not be used for parking, and the usual layout would have cost four car spaces.
We took the parking down half a level and re-planned the ground floor around a single ramp, recovering all twenty-four spaces plus a driver waiting area without touching the apartment layouts.
Every apartment has its own parking space, the mosque frontage stayed clear, and all twenty-four units were sold before the roof was cast.
