Twenty apartments off Dhanmondi Road 27, each with a planted terrace deep enough to sit on rather than the usual token ledge. The terraces are staggered floor to floor so no balcony looks directly down onto the one below.
Structure is complete to the eighth floor and finishing has begun on the lower levels. Handover is programmed for 2026 and a small number of units remain available.
Deep planted terraces on every floor add load and waterproofing risk exactly where a building is most likely to leak.
Each terrace is a separately drained cantilever slab with its own falls, twin-layer membrane and a drainage board under the planting, and every one was flood-tested before soil went in.
Every terrace passed its flood test first time, and the planting depth allows real trees rather than pot plants.
