Our largest project to date — eighteen floors on a landmark corner plot in Purbachal New Town, with thirty-six apartments of 1,700 to 2,400 sft. Two apartments per floor, each with its own private lift lobby.
Purbachal is being built from nothing, so we planned the building to work before the neighbourhood does: its own deep tube well, its own sewage treatment plant and generator capacity for the whole building rather than just the lifts.
A new town has no mature utility network, so a building this size cannot assume mains water, reliable power or a working sewer for its first several years.
We designed the project to stand alone — deep tube well with treatment, on-site sewage treatment plant, and standby generation sized for full building load, all of which can later tie into the town network.
Residents will move in with full services from day one, whatever stage the surrounding infrastructure has reached.
