Service Overview
Our residential projects sit in neighbourhoods people already want to live in — Bashundhara R/A, Uttara, Dhanmondi, Mirpur and Banani — on plots chosen for road access, school catchment and utility supply rather than for whatever was cheapest. Each building is planned so that every apartment gets daylight on at least two sides and genuine cross-ventilation, because in Dhaka that is what makes a flat comfortable eleven months a year.
Because we design, engineer and build in-house, the floor plan you are shown is the floor plan you get. Structure, plumbing and electrical are coordinated before a single column is cast, so no family finds a beam through their bedroom or a shaft through their kitchen at handover.

Visit the site, walk the floor plan and pick the unit, floor and facing that suit your family.

Booking & Agreement
A written agreement fixes the price, the payment schedule and the handover date before you pay anything beyond booking.

Build & Report
Construction progresses to a published programme, with photographs and a progress note sent to every buyer each month.

Registration & Keys
We complete registration, utility connections and snagging, then hand over the keys with the warranty documents.
