We are a real estate developer in Dhaka. We develop apartment projects, partner with landowners on joint ventures, build commercial and mixed-use buildings, design and construct with our own in-house team, and stay responsible after handover for registration, connections and the defect liability year.
Visit the site with us, take the written price list and specification, and reserve the unit with a booking amount. The agreement names your floor and unit number, sets a payment schedule tied to construction milestones, and carries a dated handover commitment. You contribute the land; we carry the design, the RAJUK approval, the construction cost and the risk. The finished apartments are divided in an agreed ratio, with your specific floors and unit numbers named in the deed. We prepare a free written feasibility study on your plot before anything is signed.
Handover is not the end of it. We complete registration and mutation, transfer the gas, water and electricity connections into your name, hand over the approved plan and warranty documents, help set a service charge that actually maintains the building, and remain responsible for workmanship defects through the defect liability period.
